Prior to RT-PCR / Rapid-Antigen (ATK) / Saliva Testing,
Please do fasting 30minutes prior to the RT-PCR and ATK (Rapid-Antigen) test.
If you experience any abnormal symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, headache, runny nose, loss of sense of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc) related to Covid-19, please inform the staff before RT-PCR or ATK (Rapid Antigen) test.
Patients who have been in a close contact with someone who tested RT-PCR or ATK (Rapid Antigen Test) positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days.

Covid-19 Testing Requirements for International Departure

Please make sure that you meet the requirements of your specific international destination.
Due to a rapid change of requirements in each country, please double-check which test (RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen) should be conducted with your airlines.
We will provide an official test certificate with a corresponding QR code. The QR code should link to your digital pre-departure test certificate.
The valid test certificate will be provided to fully vaccinated travelers with a negative test result, who can now travel to countries according to the Covid-19 test requirements.
** For domestic departure, travelers must show a proof that they have received a negative result for their Day 1 RT PCR test.

Prior to your domestic or international travel, it is essential to check travel restrictions and entry requirements of each country.
Please ask the consultant whether you need RT-PCR or Rapid-Antigen (ATK) Test for your travel to make sure you could arrive in your destination safely.
Once you inform us your passport name, destination, and departure date & time, our consultant will help you answer your questions.

What is RT-PCR Test?
The RT-PCR test is an abbreviation of the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction test. RT-PCR is a nuclear-induced nuclear-derived method for detecting the presence of genetic material specific to pathogens such as viruses. Using this technology, inspectors can check the results, even during the examination. It is the most widely used method of coronavirus testing, but some countries still require quite sophisticated and technical skills to the extent that they need some support, such as test set.

Rapid Antigen Test (ATK) examines the protein of the coronavirus surface.
It directly collects and tests viral antigens, antibodies that bind well to specific antigens are coated on a sterile swab and reacted to check for virus infection.
Professional rapid antigen testing takes samples from the nasopharyngeal (the area deep inside the nose), just like PCR tests.
Since cotton swabs must be inserted deep into the nose, the length of the cotton swabs is at least 10 cm, and professional medical professionals conduct the tests.

S. Korea's new COVID-19 cases bounce back to over 10,000
SEOUL, April 11 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's daily coronavirus caseload bounced back to over 10,000 on Tuesday as public gatherings are on the rise amid warmer weather.

The country reported 12,444 new COVID-19 infections, including 23 cases from overseas, bringing the total caseload to 30,930,504, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) said.

The Tuesday tally jumped from 4,005 cases a day earlier but is lower than the 13,366 a week ago.

Daily infections stayed below 10,000 from Sunday to Monday due to fewer tests over the weekend. But the tally remained above 10,000 in the previous five days through Saturday.

The country added 10 more COVID-19 deaths, raising the death toll to 34,342. The number of critically ill patients came to 128, up from 127 a day earlier, the KDCA said.
